Session 12 – At the conclusion of the program, we will provide participants with the opportunity to set goals and develop personalized action plans for their development. The purpose of this session is two-fold. We are seeking to help participants make the learning stick by defining and committing to make changes when they return to the office. Secondly, we strive to encourage goal setting behavior by teaching how to set goals and develop plans to achieve those goals.
